If you were hoping to have a lunch meeting with your attorney on Thursday, November 15, rethink it. Around noontime there will be a pretty impressive crowd of legal eagles at the Fairmont Hotel Dallas. According to the 2018 Larry Schoenbrun Jurisprudence Award Luncheon Honorary Co-Chairs Tom Meisheimer and Todd Wagner, their longtime friend Steve Stodghill will be honored as part of the Anti-Defamation League fundraiser.
According to Tom and Todd, “We personally know how deserving Steve is of this award and are delighted to have this opportunity to highlight his work in the community and the important work of ADL.
“For over 100 years, the ADL has been fighting bias and bigotry in all its forms. Signature ADL programs like No Place for Hate an anti-bullying campaign in local schools, and Law Enforcement and Society (LEAS) focusing on core values of American law enforcement, reach thousands and are making a crucial impact on our society.”
While Steve may be known for his legal brilliance and broad philanthropic involvement, he has had a tough three years personally — the loss of a sister to cancer and a near fatal car wreck.
Warning: Better get your reservation in pronto. Why the host committee alone is so huge that it might fill up the Regency Ballroom alone.
