The Dallas Arboretum’s Dollar Days couldn’t happen at a better time. After those scalding three-digit temperatures in July, the first ten days of August are predicted to stay under the 100-degree mark.
Entrance to the palatial acres overlooking White Rock is gonna be $2.
What’s more, the Wind Sculptures in Motion: the Kinetic Art of Lyman Whitaker has been such a hit that it’s been extended through August.
Other bargains include parking at $5, Rory Meyers Children’s Adventure Garden for $2 and a “budget-friendly menu [of] items including hot dogs and root beer floats, brownie sundaes and frozen pops.”
And as everyone knows, membership has its perks. In addition to free admission and parking and loads of other deals, they get to enjoy Morning Walks around the gardens starting at 7 a.m. through Sunday, November 4.
