JUST IN: Highland Capital Management’s James Dondero Named 2018 ReuNight Honorary Chair

Aug 10, 2018 1:30 PM by Jeanne Prejean

2018 ReuNight Co-Chairs Joyce Goss and Kenny Goss continue adding to the annual Family Place fundraiser. As if holding the feasting and toasting wasn’t enough being held at Bobby Haas’ Haas Moto Museum And Sculpture Gallery on Thursday, November 8, they’ve managed to bring on board Highland Capital Management’s President/Co-Founder Jim Dondero as honorary chair.

This partnering up of Jim’s and Highland Capital Management’s with The Family Place isn’t their first rodeo. Thanks to Highland’s $1M challenge gift in 2016, the $16.9M capital campaign for Ann Moody Place was completed.

And then there were the little projects like Highland’s hosting The Family Place’s Safe Campus residents at the Dallas Zoo for a Mother’s Day Experience, as well as Jim’s personally donating $15,000 worth of gift cards for mother in The Family Place’s Supportive Living program, so their families could have “a memorable Christmas.”

Following tradition ReuNight will be an intimate gathering of less than 200 guests and highlighted by gourmet cuisine and a live auction. Underwriting letters are snail-mailing their ways to folks. But why wait? Sponsorships start at $5,000 and are available here!
