The Crystal Charity Ball’s 2016 Ten Best Dressed were revealed plus the Hall of Famer at Neiman Marcus Downtown on Wednesday, March 30. Despite the drippy weather outside, everything was bright and shiny inside.
But before the presentation, there was a whole lot of checking out of clothes, especially Carolina Herrera items in preparation of the designer’s resort collection slated to be on the runway on Friday, September 16, in the big old tent adjacent to NM’s flagship store.
