It may be the most dreaded weekend of the year. Luckily, many are on spring break, but the rest of the world is going to suffer in the infamous “spring forward, fall backward” this weekend (aka Daylight Saving Time).
Translation: Set you clocks forward Saturday night before your tuck yourself in your beddy-bye. When you wake up you have lost an hour.
If it’s possible, don’t schedule any really, big deals until Wednesday noon. That will give your inner-time clock a chance to adjust to the loss.
And don’t worry about trying to find that lost hour. It’ll pop up on Sunday, November 6.
