If you wanted to play handy little games like blackjack, craps, Texas Hold’em and roulette-wheel spinning on Saturday, January 30 with a bunch of young professionals, your choices just got reduced big-time. The Dallas CASA Young Professionals’ CASAblanca is filled to capacity, thanks to Co-Chairs Kelcey Hamilton, Reasha Hedke and Dana Swann. Not bad for a first time event!
And the partying with DJ Jose Guevara, raffle prizes and grown-up libations ain’t taking place at the usual party-hearty rooms or hotel ballrooms. No, siree! It’s gonna be at Dallas CASA in The Meadows Foundation’s Wilson Historic District.
Just shows how smart those young professionals are. Not only are they saving money on renting a space, they just might be introducing newcomers to the Dallas CASA digs, where CASA advocates help almost 4,400 abused and neglected kids yearly.
However, there is still room to join Dallas CASA’s Young Professionals, if your age falls between 21 and 40.
