Whoa! Just got an update on ReuNight and there are only 25 spots left for the Thursday, November 12th, dinner at Oak benefiting The Family Place. For anybody is just thinking about getting one of the last places, Oak Chef John Tesar has whipped up quite a menu using the season’s best ingredients.

How about a look at the menu?
Just before din-din starts, curry-scented Hamachi tartar in squid-ink cones, Bronx grape and Paula Lambert goat cheese crostini, southern fried chicken chipotle aioli and wild arugula and mini-grilled cheese sandwiches with Iberico bacon will be passed during the cocktail reception.
For the salad course, there will be choice of either seafood salad ceviche or farmers market salad.
The entrée will be 44 Farms filet accompanied roasted cream potatoes and line-caught swordfish with Picholine olives and heirloom tomato relish. However, if you’re a vegetarian, John has arranged for artichoke mezzaluna with house-made ricotta and saffron consume.
To complete the meal will be a lemongrass semi0freddo with a warm berry compote and white chocolate ice cream.
Following all this marvelous mealing, ReuNight Co-Chairs Nancy C. Rogers and Robert Weatherly and Honorary Chair Claire Emanuelson have arranged for a pretty incredible live auction. More about that later. So, hustle your bustle and get one of those last tickets.
