Dwell With Dignity’s One-And-Only 2015 Thrift Studio Kicks Off This Week With Loads Of Goodies And A Preview Party

Apr 21, 2015 9:30 AM by Jeanne Prejean

Good news and disappointing news. Dwell With Dignity has held its Thrift Studio fundraiser twice each year, where those generous interior designers and furniture types have donated merchandise for sale.

Talk about finds and bargains.

This year’s on and only Thrift Studio starts officially Friday, April 24, and continues through Saturday, May 23, at Dallas Design Center, with interior designer John Phifer Marrs serving as honorary chair and buddies Jennifer Karol and Merry Vose co-chairing the host committee.

Now, the disappointing news. Organizers have decided to have just one Thrift Studio this year. But let’s have a half-full glass attitude — it means one-stop-shopping to benefit Dwell With Dignity.

Remember patronage has its advantages. Upgrading to patron levels means attending the preview party on Thursday, April 23, and first dibs on the goodies.

Great write up on Dwell With Dignity. Can’t wait to preview all the fabulous furniture and accessories donated by some of Dallas’ most esteemed designers at the party tonight…..all for such a great cause!
