The reveal took place high atop the Hilton Anatole tonight in SER with folks like Donna Arp-Weitzman and her sous chef Herb, sous chef Joe Pacetti, Vicki and Jim White (they were picking up Jim Moroney‘s jacket) and a ton of Dallas foodie bloggers.
