Beneficiary: Interfaith Family Services
Co-Chairs: Tyler Beeson and Brian Hegi
Interfaith Family Services is pleased to announce that they will be holding their 10th Annual Golf Classic on Monday, October 30, 2017, hosted for the third consecutive year at the prestigious Royal Oaks Country Club. The event is co-chaired by Brian Hegi and Tyler Beeson, who return to chair the event once more.
“Golfers love this unique event- they are pleased with the pace of play, intimate size of the group, and the fact that 70 cents of every dollar donated goes directly back to providing services at Interfaith”, says Beeson, who also serves on Interfaith’s Board of Directors. The tournament is once again generously sponsored by Presenting Sponsor Southwest Kia. Other sponsors include Prophet Equity, Trinity Industries, Acton Mobile, and the Hegi Family.
Interfaith will be joined by over 120 golf enthusiasts representing over 30 companies around Dallas for an exciting, soldout day on the course to help benefit working-poor families in Dallas seeking to break the cycle of poverty. Golfers will enjoy food and beverages on the beautiful, world-class golf course first opened in 1969, along with appearances by the Dallas Mavericks Dancers and opportunities to support Interfaith throughout the day. A past Interfaith resident will be providing their testimonial on how Interfaith and their corporate community partners have radically improved their life and provided them with the hand-up needed to elevate their family out of poverty.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Interfaith’s Home & Hope Transitional Housing Program. We invite members of the media out to Royal Oaks Country Club the day of the event to see firsthand how these golfers are partnering with Interfaith to help reduce family homelessness in Dallas.
