There was a big uh-oh about the Hilton Anatole’s plans to develop a new $15M outdoor water attraction on its grounds. Unfortunately, the hotel’s Koi pond was not part of the plan. Some folks worried that the residential fish would end up in the frying pan.
No way! The Anatole’s management wasn’t going to let their fin friends be homeless or sushi. They arranged to have the Koi relocated to The Hockaday School and the Dallas Arboretum’s recently refurbished Lay Family Garden’s Koi pond.
