Between the two of them, Tracy and Kent Rathbun seem to have more things cooking than the Food Channel. Whether it’s homestyle or sushi, this couple are Dallas’s “first couple of cuisine and charitable contributions.” Plus they’re a heck of a lot of fun, but always on the move. TACA has even managed to snag the twosome for a night of drive-about-dining for the TACA RBC Wealth Management Custom Auction Gala.

The Rathbun Dine-Around (Value: Priceless)

As said above, Tracy and Kent Rathbun are constantly in motion satisfying taste buds and buddies in the non-profit community. However, four very lucky couples will spend a total Rathbun experience of dining in motion.

First, the foursome will enjoy a wine-and-cheese reception at the Rathbuns’ penthouse with the gourmet twosome. And you just know it’s not going to be Velveeta or Cheese Whiz. Make sure you check out the chandelier over the dining room table and the incredible views from the terrace.

Then it’s off a la limousine for dabbling in cuisine at Shinsei (sushi bar and pan-Asian kitchen), Rathbun’s Blue Plate Kitchen (inspired by family tradition) and finishing up at Abacus, Dallas’ oh-so delicious five-star restaurant.

Remember to toss the diet for the night and enjoy the fun of food Rathbun-style.
