On Sunday, April 7, 30 couples will enjoy a truly unique afternoon of dining al fresco in the country. No, it’s not a barbecue with hayrides and playing horseshoes. Think rather something along the lines of a lingering feast in Provence or Tuscany. But since your time is valuable, TACA has arranged for the location to be Lavon Farms, the third-generation dairy farm in the northeastern part of Plano.
And what about the food? No picnic baskets for this outing! Chef Eric Brandt will orchestrate a multi-course dinner using the freshest ingredients available.
Don’t forget to bring your camera, because no one is going to believe such an occasion took place in North Texas.
