MySweetCharity High Horse: Make Believe And Anonymous Commenters Won’t Find A Place Here

Sorry to sound like great aunt Maudie, but there are some folks out there who just don’t get it. Well, get ready. They’re going to get it now.

When MSC receives a comment for posting from a new commenter, an email is sent for verification. The reason? There is no room in MSC for sniper commenting.

Recently a couple of comments landed in the MSC mailbox that were not verified by the sender. Since the comments were rather . . . take that back. . . they were, indeed, mean-spirited, it’s no wonder the sender did not want his/her name associated with them.

From the start MSC has been “an ongoing conversation for the good of Dallas.” In no way is it a forum for personal vendettas. Our community has flourished thanks to positive, constructive and respectful comments.
